hi what ar full body weight training excersises or excesrises that use a lot of diff muscles? I got dumbbells so i can do dumbel and barbelll sexcersises. I wanna focus more on my upper body not really on legs but legs are ok just if theyre not the main focus. I made this exversise where i do crunches + dumbell flys + raising both my legs up and down every rep all at the same time
