Im tired of being a 15 year old skinny ***. I'm 5 foot 10 and only weigh 138 lbs. This is ridiculous. I wanna be 205 pounds by next year. Give me a workout I can do without many weights. All I have is a pull up bar, jump rope, rowing machine, 10 lb dumbbells, and a 10 pound bar with 130 pounds of weight. I cant get a spotter either. I need help so please help me
