How many reps/sets for weight lifting?

Hi Legit, it totally depends on what your goal is. If you're looking for adding mass then low reps with a heavier weight is the key. If you're looking to cut then use a lighter weight and go for about 16-20 reps (or failure). If you're small and need a lot of muscle mass then I wouldn't even worry too much about biceps - you need power moves like bench press, dead lifts, squats etc. Good luck.
