Need help in finding a good Workout Routine?
Hey, i was wondering what is a good workout routine. I mainly want to focus on the upper body like chest, arms, abs, and some cardio but seeing i play basketball for about 30-40min a day i have that covered. I want to gain mass and size in the chest and arms while losing some fat and gaining more muscle around the stomach region. I was wondering if someone could help me in finding a routine that would revolve around these body parts. Currently i only own Dumbbells and a pull up bar so i would appreciate it if the workout consisted of those 2 equipment if any. I also understand that rest is also a important part of muscle growth and would heavily appreciate it if this was taken into consideration. Thank You.
