My arms are hurting a lot and I don't know what the problem is?
I was arm wrestling with a friend about 4 or 5 days ago and I also haven't worked out in about 2 weeks and I usually work out 4-5 times a week but I've been really busy and ever since the arm wrestling I haven't been able to lift past about 20+ pounds without my arms hurting. I worked out my chest at the gym today doing things like 70 pounds of dumbbell bench press and other chest workouts and then I tried doing triceps but I stopped after doing triceps pull downs because my arms were hurting so much, I think it was my forearms or biceps? Anyways does anyone have any idea what's wrong and what I should do so I can be 100% and so I can start working out again?
