How do I get bigger? Like taller and more muscular?

I'm starting high school and I'm a little skinny kid ( around 110 pounds, and 5'5). I want to gain a lot of muscle mass, but height as well. What are the best ways to do so? Obviously I don't want to weight lift, but should I work out with dumbbells? Thanks in advance!
