If I am receiving uneployment through illinois, but was watching a friend's daughter for her while she worked?

and we went through the state for that, but I didn't get anything until april meaning I got paid unemployment, but I got backpay November through April on childcare payments but it was only like 200 dollars per month, and only the payments were only for once a month, will I have problems when I go to file my taxes? I haven't received a dime since april for childcare, and am still watching the child and am still receiving unemployment, so any income after april I should report to unemployment correct?
