I don't have a great body overall but I really want a very muscular, developed back. I'm 14, have 10 pound dumbbells, and have almost nothing at home :( Do you guys have any recommendations on exercises that helped you to develop a muscular back? If you guys give me a site, that is ok, but if possible, could you give me some workouts that you did that helped you to develop your back? Also, I can't do any pullups so please don't put that exercise :D Thank you guys very much.
