How much is too mush for lifting dumbbells?

im 14 and a bit year old, boy, a bit strong and fit for my age, and just got a 4kg dumbbell (or watever you call it) and how much is too much untill i get an injury or something? i would like to do 50 per day 5 days a week but is that too much?
