Am I at a normal fitness?
I'm 13, im 60 kg and 5'6. For exercise I jog 600-1600 meters a day, I do 60-80 push ups and the same goes for Weight lifting using a 1kg dumbbell. So am I fit? And do I need to change my exercise and or diet? Thanks.
